Room of the Week: A Nursery Gets a Makeover Galactic - When Chicago interior designer Suzann Kletzien took on the assignment of converting a home gym in a makeshift nursery, she discovered that she and the client were both waiting for the babies at the same time. In fact, their children were born in the month of each other. "It was fun because I was researching my baby's nursery, I am also his research, said Kletzien. "We share ideas." The project goal was to shoot for the moon and give the room a fresh look without-spared while keeping costs firmly rooted in earthly reality.

AFTER A dark blue accent Wall white, gold and gray circle stickers give the illusion of a starry sky. "We were in the planning stages when the parents came up with the idea of a theme of the solar system, said Kletzien. "They wanted a look that would be appropriate for their little boy grew up." That's why she chose circles instead of five-pointed stars. "I felt like actual shapes of stars might be too girly for him later, she said. To achieve the effect of the galaxy, she carefully traced the placement of each point to make it seem random.
